CANCELLATION POLICY

We get that sometimes life happens and you can’t make your appointment, that’s why we include a cancellation link in your appointment confirmation SMS/Email. Last minute cancellations in the event of emergencies are sometimes unavoidable, but a no-show is very uncool because someone else misses out on treatment.

Last minute cancellations are invoiced full treatment fee at my discretion.

No shows are invoiced full treatment fee, which must be paid before any further bookings can be made.

We need at least 20 mins for treatment. If you arrive more than 10 mins late for your appointment, we may be unable to proceed and you may be invoiced the full treatment fee.
